Mediatime® terms of use
PayPal and Stripe:
Mediatime® allows all users to use their PayPal business or Stripe account to buy or accept payments for services on Mediatime.
Fees:
We charge a 10% fee for the seller and 5% for the buyer when using payments in Studiotime. If you choose to utilize PayPal or Stripe, you will be charged a 3% processing and transaction fee of the studio time purchased and then an additional 3% approximately from PayPal . These are the only fees you will be charged for using Mediatime®.
Listing:
When listing please include as much information as possible so creators or agencies can have a clear understanding of the studio they are booking.
Refunds/Cancellations:
Refunds and cancellations should be on a case by base basis. Whenever you list your studio, clearly identify if you have a cancellation policy, and if you do the terms. Users should notify studios as quickly as possible if they need to cancel or refund. We are not responsible for refunds or cancellation and do not offer a guarantee so we can only refund the payment from PayPal or Stripe with both party consent.
Privacy
Mediatime® will not sell or disclose your personal information to third parties without your explicit consent. Mediatime® stores and processes content on computer servers that are protected by physical as well as technological security.
Password:
Keep your password secure. You are fully responsible for all activity, liability and damage resulting from your failure to maintain password confidentiality. You agree to immediately notify Mediatime® of any unauthorized use of your password or any breach of security. You also agree that Mediatime® cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure.
Rights of Content
The users themselves retain the right to all text, pictures and other content that they create in the service. The users allow others to utilize the content in accordance with the nature of the service and furthermore allow the service provider to file information and data and make changes that are necessary for the service or the study, however other rights are not transferred from the users, unless specifically otherwise agreed. The responsibility of the content lies with the user, who has produced it to the service. The service provider has the right to remove any material when it deems it necessary.
Disclaimer
No guarantees of the functioning of the mediatime platform service are given. The users are themselves responsible for their actions in the service and they should estimate the reliability of other users before dealing with them. The service provider can under no circumstances be liable for damage that is caused to the user. The user may not store any information or data in the service, and expect it to remain there.
The Removal of a User
The service provider has the right to remove any users from Mediatime platform and terminate their right of use of the service without any specific reason and without being liable for compensation.
Applicable Jurisdiction
The jurisdiction that is applicable in this service and these terms of use is that of United Kingdom, unless something else is required by binding law.
